STORE POLICIES

ALL ITEMS PRODUCED IN A SHARED KITCHEN FACILITY THAT MAY CONTAIN:

Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Soy, Gluten, Eggs, Dairy, Fish, Shellfish

 

NOTICE

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

pre-order pickup info will be listed each week when you order, and in the e-mail confirmation you receive.  Dates/Times/Locations MAY vary from week to week.

 

PICKUP POLICY

If you are unable to pickup your order at the designated time/location PLEASE message us ahead of time so we can hold your order until the following week's pickup.  If you do not contact us, and do not show up during the pickup time, we will hold for 1 WEEK ONLY, before that order is forfeited w/ no refund.   

 

REFUND POLICY

there are NO REFUNDS on orders UNLESS there is damage or something wrong with the product when you receive it, in which we will do everything we can to fix the issue.  We are not responsible for items that thaw out after pickup, as the packaging clearly states to KEEP FROZEN until use.  Please plan appropriately for pickup to keep items cold during transport if need be.
